Returns & Replacement

tetrahexagon company offers the following terms and conditions under which a customer should request for a refund, return or replacement for a product purchased. However, it should be noted that the company does not take this lightly.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee  upon requesting for a refund for the product purchased only if:
​a) the customer is not satisfied with the product.
b) the customer receives wrong item or product.
c) the customer receives defective product or if the product is found to be faulty.
d) the customer receives damaged product.
tetrahexagon company has a right to perform verification checks upon receiving the product to detemine if the product is in its correct state, unused, etc before disbursing funds to the intended customer.
However it should be noted that tetrahexagon is not eligible for shipping costs once customer requests for a refund..

2. Refunds & Returns

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, simply send it back within 15 days upon receipt and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.​
  • The product should be returned in its original state, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • A refund will not be issued if the product is found used.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Product Replacement​​

  • Customers can request for a replacement if the product arrives damaged or is found to be defective​, not functioning properly or faulty.
  • tetrahexagon company issues similar products with the same value related to the damaged or faulty product.
  • A refund or replacement will not be issued if the item is altered or damaged by the intended user.

4. Manufacturer’s Warranty​​​

For some products like electronics or appliances, high-value items, the manufacturer’s warranty may apply. In this case, if the product is found to be faulty or defective, returns and replacement are typically handled by the manufacturer. Depending on the duration of usage and damage, the percentage cost is calculated ​to determine how much the customer should be refunded.

5. Gifts​​

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

6. Shipping Retuns​​

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O Box, 111900-00100
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
