Introduction
The following terms and conditions of the company guides users on what they should and shouldn’t do while accessing and exploring the site. tetrahexagon company has its own rights, rules and regulations that users should comply while it ensures smooth running of operations (provision of goods and services) to its users. If the following conditions are violated by the user, then the user’s account has to be terminated and/or suspended meaning that the user cannot access the services of the company.

All the contents, design, trade marks, products and services included in this site belongs to tetrahexagon company that has patent rights and is protected by copyright laws.

Sometimes the company may face technical challenges in the process of handling and dealing with clients online like; 1. Mulfunctioning of the website
2. Payment and delivery schedules. Sometimes it might take too long for a product to be delivered

tetrahexagon company is located in Nairobi, Kenya governed by Registration of Business Names Act, Cap. 499 focusing on Business or Company protection and its general activities or operations.
4. User Guidelines
Prior to using our products and services, you accept not to use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by tetrahexagon company. By way of example, and not a limitation, you agree not to use the services; 1. To abuse, harrass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any person.
2. To post or comment. or cause to be transmitted any content that is obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane or that intrigues any copyright of any person.
3. To communicate with any representatives or other users in an abusive or offensive manner.
4. For any purpose including (commenting, posting or viewing contents) that is not permitted under the laws of jurisdiction where you use the services.
5. To comment, post or transmit any communication or content intended to obtain passwords, accounts or other private information from any user.
6. To create any unwanted ‘spam’ to anyone using our products or services and other users.
7. To create multiple accounts for the purpose of voting for or against users visual content.

5. Termination Clause: Suspension & Termination of Services
If a user breaches the terms and conditions outlined above, then the user’s account has to be terminated, suspended/deleted or even blocked meaning that the user cannot use our products or services. You can deactivate your subscription or delete your account at any time at your account settings, if you decide to. However, it should be noted that if you delete your account in the middle of a biling cycle to getting a product or service, you’ll not receive a refund unless you are terminating these Terms for any of the following reasons; 1. We have materially breached these terms and have failed to cure that breach within 30 day upon notice. 2. A refund is required by law. 3. We, in our sole discretion determine that a refund is appropriate. For clarity, we will not grant a refund where you have used our products or services.
