1. IMPORTANT FEATURES

2. HOW THEY WORK (MECHANISM)

• SPRAYS FOAM: A pressurized water/foam concentrate mix is sprayed.
• FORMS BLANKET: The foam spreads over the fire, creating a barrier.
• CUTS OXYGEN: This blanket blocks air (oxygen) from reaching the fuel.
• COOLS FUEL: The water content lowers the temperature of the burning material. 

3. HOW TO USE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER

1. PULL the pin. This unlocks the operating lever.
2. AIM the nozzle or hose low, directly at the base of the fire, not the flames.
3. SQUEEZE the lever slowly and evenly to release the extinguishing agent.
4. SWEEP the nozzle from side to side, covering the base of the fire until it appears to be out.
